This Lincoln Premiere -56 Convertible has been in the same family from new. It was originally bought new in Canada and eventually imported to Finland in 1964. It was ordered with all the available special features, besides air conditioning (no need for that with a convertible), tinted/electrical windows, special container for the spare wheel, automatic soft top etc.

It was originally black, then painted white to make it look even bigger than it already was.

This Lincoln was the owner’s pride and joy. He loved showing it off in parades, escorting newlyweds, racing it on the German Autobahns and presenting it to other car enthusiasts like himself. When he passed away, it was passed down the family to his son, unfortunately the son also passed away recently and now is the time that it needs to be sold.

The national car magazine V8-Magazine even made a significant cover story about this Lincoln in 1979.
